All products sold are warranted by Master Air Tool Companies only to customers for:
- Resale; or
- Use in business, government or original equipment manufacture
- Purchased through Master Air Tool companies, our authorized distributor(s) or reseller(s) who are authorized to sell and are approved by our authorized distributor(s).
Master Air Tool companies warrant products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase from Master Air Tool companies, unless otherwise stated. All return requires an RMA number to be issued by Master Air Tool companies, please contact your sales representative for issuing one, we reserve the right to approve or disapprove the return request. All return shall be unused, unpacked, and in its original packaging retail boxes or white boxes. Any used or open items will not be honored a return unless otherwise stated. A 15% of restocking fee will be required for any returns, unless otherwise stated.
Provided that Master Air Tool companies accept the product for return during the limited warranty period, Master Air Tool companies DO NOT honor return for refund but return for replacement or return for future purchase credits, unless otherwise agreed and approved by Master Air Tool companies on case by case basis . Master Air Tool companies may, at its own option: Repair/Replace; or Refund the amount for future purchase credit or issue cash refund to your original payment method paid by the customer.
Please follow Master Air Tool companies return instruction and additional return instruction issued by Master Air Tool companies' staff, if you are unable to follow the instruction(s), we are unable to issue any refund or replacement. If you are required to use our contracted carrier to ship back the return products using our account to us, if there is no return shipping label prepared for you, you are required to fill the shipping label ( Airway Bill Label ) supplied by our contracted carrier directly and attach return return sales invoice emailed to you by us.
Without receiving the return and inspect the problem, we are unable to honor any request for refund or return for replacement. Some returns might require return export directly back to our manufacturing plant in Taiwan based on each case scenario, if your business or location is not located in Taiwan.
For return for cash refund to credit card(s), if it is approved by Master Air Tool companies, please allow 2 ~ 14 business days to issue the credit back to you after the return products are received. If you pay by credit card, the return amount might take fews days to show on your credit card based on your credit card issuer policy.
For Return for Refund / Future Purchase Credit
If it is approved by Master Air Tool companies, you have to issue a return request and to be approved by Master Air Tool companies within 14 days after you received the item.
For Return for replacement
All return for replacement or exchange, you have to issue a return request within 14 days after you received the item. After the time frame, we are unable to honor any return for replacement, unless otherwise agreed. For any approved return request, customers are liable to pay for freight, import/export duties/taxes for return for replacement or exchange, unless it is our fault causing the replacement or exchange. Any exchange of item will induce a 15% percent exchange stocking fee of the original purchase price.
For Return for repair
All return for repair shall be freight/import tax/export tax/duties prepaid. The repair will be free if it is within the warranty period, excluding consumable parts. After the warranty, you may also return for repair, we will charge you replacement parts costs. If you are able to repair the item yourself, you may also request parts to send to you with freight/duties/import tax/export tax prepaid.
