Owner's Manual

MasterPalm’s Owner's Manual provides essential safety guidelines and operational instructions for using pneumatic tools effectively and maintaining their durability in industrial environments.

Operation Instruction

For your own safety, please read the operating instruction carefully before using the air tool.

Warning

When operating Master pneumatic tools, safety is paramount. Disconnect tools from the air supply when changing accessories or when the tool is not in use. Direct exhaust away from yourself and others. Use eye and hearing protection, especially during extended use. Use a maximum of 90 psi pressure at the tool.

Apply a few drops of air tool oil daily to protect internal parts. Follow all operating instructions and comply with ANSI B186.1 safe operating code. Maintain proper air inlet pressure at 90 psi (6.3 kg/cm²) to ensure safety and prolong tool life.

Avoid loose clothing, jewelry, and tie back long hair to prevent injury. Use only impact-quality sockets; hand-tool sockets may crack, reducing torque and causing injury. Do not depress the trigger when connecting the air supply hose. Never point an air tool at yourself or others.

Keep all nuts, bolts, and screws tight and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.

Cautions

To protect your Master air tools, install a pneumatic filter, moisture separator, regulator, and lubricator between the air supply and tools. Monitor moisture levels and drain your air compressor daily. Use SAE#10 lubricating oil in the air inlet before use. Avoid excessive viscous oil to maintain air motor power.

Safety Instruction

Use hearing protection to mitigate noise exposure during tool operation.
