Shipping and Order Fulfillment
Master Air Tool Co., Ltd. employs contracted shipping carriers to fulfill all orders efficiently. Customers may also supply their own shipping accounts for both domestic and international shipments, regardless of stock status.
Production Lead Time
Standard orders require a minimum production lead time of 14 days after order receipt, provided there are no issues. Shipping dates will be confirmed prior to payment processing.
Import Taxes and Delivery Locations
Customers are responsible for import taxes on shipments sent directly to P.O. Boxes, APO/APO addresses, or military P.O. Boxes. Shipments to these locations are managed via International EMS service.
Bulk Shipments and Freight Options
Ocean freight and air cargo are typically used for bulk or import orders. Customers may use their own freight forwarders, or Master Air Tool Co., Ltd. can arrange shipment directly to the customer’s facility. Import taxes, customs clearance fees, and shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
