Return Policy Overview
Master Air Tool Companies warrants products sold for resale or use in business, government, or original equipment manufacturing. Returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Master Air Tool Companies before shipment.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unpacked, and in original packaging.
- Used or opened items are generally not accepted unless otherwise specified.
- A restocking fee of 15% applies to returns unless stated otherwise.
Return Processing
Accepted returns are eligible for replacement or future purchase credits. Refunds are granted only on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval. Customers must follow all return instructions provided by Master Air Tool Companies to qualify for processing.
Warranty Coverage
Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Warranty applies only to products purchased through Master Air Tool Companies or authorized distributors and resellers.
